Google start to buy smarter acquisitions – Online PR release

Google have started to work smarter under the guidance of super CEO Larry Page, with plans to focus on a smaller number but highly strategic acquisitions aiming to turn Google into the largest tech giant in the world.

This new attitude to business acquisitions enforced by Larry Page puts the overall wasted experimental phase at Google on hold, placing smarter decisions at the helm.
“So far this year we have seen Google push their way further into new markets like mobile communications and video marketing” stated Google’s head of development David Lawee.
Also mentioning this move was not designed to push the company further into the social networking marketing, which up until now has appeared to be a massive strategic drive by Google.
Mr lawee has been involved in over 100 acquisitions for Google over the years, including Doubleclick and YouTube which have been the foundation of the video display marketing strategies.
Google so far have not released the figure they intend to spend buying up new companies but last year we saw Google’s net cash rise to 40 billion dollars.
This new strategy shifts Google’s way of working from letting developers work on internal projects and developments which was taking up over 20% of development time.
Google has been put down by past executives for moving into a bureaucratic business nature which has led to losing several of its more high profile entrepreneurs who joined when selling their businesses.
